I’ve worked in sales for over 20 years but things really clicked when I was taught and implemented sales strategies and tactics.

I’ve learnt to partner with firms to sell, using an open and honest approach to build relationships. This sales process works and is more enjoyable for everyone involved. 

Did you know…

A client once said “you’re not anything like the sales people we’ve worked with before”. I think that’s a good thing!

Jonny Wilkinson called me (and probably many others!) a legend when I ran the London marathon.

I am the boot wellie throwing champion in my family.

I’m customer obsessed in my approach which I put down to my background in market research, customer experience and marketing. I love to understand the ‘why’ and to use this information to help businesses build strong marketing foundations and strategies.

I’ve learnt that one moment can break the whole customer experience, and that applies to the BD journey too, which is why we focus on the whole end-to-end process.

People often comment on my handwriting and think I should get it made into a font.

I’ve been to Thailand over 15 times, but to my shame, I can only say a couple of phrases in Thai.

I’m only 5ft but once managed to come third in the high jump.
