  • Proposal
    Your requirements will be summarised in this document, including costs, deadlines and high-level terms & conditions.
  • Contract signed and payment
    If you are happy, we will send out a contract with detailed terms & conditions for you to sign, we will also request payment upfront. 
  • Direct debit set up
    For any retainer work, we will require a direct debit to be set up. 
  • Work from office or remote
    Let’s get this project started! We will begin working with you on agreed dates, either from your office if possible or remotely. 

The important bits

  • For retainer projects, such as appointment setting, we require payment on the first day of the month, or the first day that the project commences. We will then require payment upfront for the subsequent months that you’re working with us.
  • For one-off projects, such as an audit, we require full payment upfront.
